   • Upon full payment, intellectual property rights transfer to the User unless otherwise stated.
2. License to Use:
   • Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their intended purpose.
3. Prohibited Actions:
   • Users may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of deliverables without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

1. No Guarantees:
   • ZestHub does not guarantee specific results from the use of its services.
2. Exclusion of Liability:
   • To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZestHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
3. Force Majeure:
